Eligibility of potential partners:

» Already cooperated with Aolin for more than one year;

» An independent corporate of civil liability;

» Having the permanent location for operation and business service;

» Annual TVP (total value of purchase) from Aolin should not be less
than 300,000$.

        • TVP ≥ 300,000$ to our agents Aolin waives the agency fees;
        • 100,000$ ≤ TVP < 300,000$, to our agents Aolin charges 600$/year agency fees;
        • TVP < 100,000$, to our agents Aolin charges 1000$/year agency fees;
        • The agency fees are charged at the price of 1000$ per year. To our agents who have met the corresponding eligibility,
           Aolin promises to refund the agency fees as is agreed in the agreement. Within the tenor of the cooperation, the
           agents should not commit the misconducts detrimental to Aolin. Or Aolin will terminate the agency cooperation,
           confiscate in full value the agency fees, and reserve the above-mentioned rights. (Collecting the agency fees means to
           motivate the agents to distribute Aolin’s products at their best. The fees are not binding, Aolin will raise or cut the fees
          accordingly. )
